After graduating from Cambridge University nearly 20 years ago, Melanie began her career in public relations, working with international fashion designers and luxury goods producers in London, England. Upon her return to her hometown of Toronto, Melanie has continuously developed her expertise in marketing products and services through integrated PR practices.

elevator communications was founded by Melanie stemming from her desire for high-speed turnaround from idea to implementation, her quest for revolutionary creative to engage audiences, and a passion to deliver client satisfaction at the highest possible level.

Melanie is obsessed with her clients’ businesses and bottom line results. In 2010, she was nominated for an RBC Entrepreneur of the Year Award and short-listed as a finalist.
